An event every week that begins at 11:00 am on Thursday, repeating until December 31, 2020
Decrease the risk of falls and fractures. Prevent the progression of Osteoporosis/Osteopenia. Build bone density and attain optimal balance. Decrease stress and promote calm.
Based on the research of Dr. Loren Fishman, Yoga for Strong Bones incorporates specific poses to increase bone density. Props and chairs are offered to welcome all levels of capabilities. Ellyn’s goal is to wipe out osteoporosis and maintain independence, strength, and stability as we age.
