Iyengar yoga focuses on stretching techniques to improve flexibility, posture, spinal alignment and core body strength. In order to help students achieve correct body alignment, props, such as belts, wooden blocks, blankets and chairs, are used.
Class days and times:
Mondays: 9:30 a.m.
Tuesdays: 5:30 p.m.
(Classes are 90 minute sessions)
