Drills and techniques “old school” mix with modern training used today for boxers, incorporating Plyometrics, weight training and balance. Equipment: boxing gloves and wraps, can use loaned equipment.

Be Fit Boxing is a program for fitness enthusiasts that like to be challenged and continually growing in their fitness endeavors. Boxing as a sport, has long been known to be one of the best for muscle endurance training. Our programs are based on “old school” proven boxing training mixed with the newest methods of training in the industry. Our belief is training should be challenging, fun & continually changing to surprise & confuse your muscles & endurance.
Be prepared to BRING IT!, Classes include Turbokick (cardio kickboxing with 15 minutes weight training), Bodysculpt (weight lifting, piyo, partner drills, cardio bursts), Core 90 (30 minues cardio, 30 minutes weight trainiung, 30 minutes abbs), Boxing (using boxing gloves & striking equipment), Insanity (work flat out in 3-5 minute blocks and take breaks only long enough to gulp some air and get right back to work).
