The most important aspect of aging gracefully is having a strong and steady sense of BALANCE. Begin to MOVE with CONFIDENCE as you learn imperative techniques to rewire new pathways to the brain that have lost their power or have become weakened as your body has matured over the years.
The objective of the class is to be “FIT for LIFE” working on the most important area of fitness, BALANCE. You will learn a series of postures while incorporating breath work. I will teach you how to stabilize your spine, strengthen your core, and improve range of motion and flexibility while paying close attention to how you move your body, in a stronger more efficient way.
